UTVG.com, FlavorVapes.com, VapeMasters.com, PremiumVapes.com, and WannaVape.com, (these websites, along with any new websites introduced, are owned and operated by UTVG Inc., and UTVG Europe B.V., are hereby stated as "Site" and “website”). If you continue to browse and use the UTVG Inc., and UTVG Europe B.V, (collectively, “UTVG”) Sites you are agreeing to comply with the following Terms of Use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern the UTVG’s relationship with you in relation to any UTVG website.  The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

YOU MUST BE OF LEGAL SMOKING AGE TO BROWSE AND/OR BUY UTVG’s WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS.

UTVG products are for use by adult smokers of the age 18+ and cannot be purchased, used or sold by minors.  UTVG’s sales of electronic cigarettes follow the Tobacco Vapor Electronic Cigarette Association (TVECA.com) guidelines of Tobacco warnings and Laws.  Warning: Nicotine is a highly addictive substance.  Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, allergic to nicotine or propylene glycol, or have high blood pressure.  UTVG does not market or intend its product to be used as a quit smoking aid or a cessation device.  UTVG are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from UTVG Sites upon to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.  Please see our shipping policy for further information regarding how to handle mis-shipments.

Indemnification
